Worth the money
At first, I thought my pillow was too firm, but then I realized night after night that I was sleeping through the night without even waking up. So I realized the firmness was the answer. It holds my head in place and my neck in the right position; it took a bit to get used to, but now there’s no question about it
I use the pillow sideways ; seems to work best for me. Some people might want to raise it up a little bit higher but for me, it’s just right.
it could be raised up on top of a thin pillow.
I have gone through so many pillows and this one seems to be the answer for my side sleeping. I do not use it to sleep on my back.

Don’t travel without one
I use a neck pillow at home and looked into buying a travel size one. I have been spending two weeks each month helping my daughter with our first grandson in a different state. I decided to just buy another one that I can leave at my daughter’s house. It has made a world of a difference. Also, because of a mix up I ended up with another one that I used to replace a very old tired one at the beach cabin as I started to bring the one from home. I still plan to look into a travel one possibly.
