I'm a very frugal consumer and this is an expensive product. I would say this is the best investment I've made over the years. Quality sleep is critical in my line of work. This bed does the trick. This experience made me a lifelong customer of Tempur-pedic. I had a damaged bed shipped by FedEx and thought I would have issues with the return. Tempur-pedic had a replacement on the way immediately. Great customer service. I will buy again when the time comes. Thanks!
