Head and foot lifts allow you to raise or lower the top and bottom of the mattress to find a comfortable position for sleeping, reading, watching TV, or relaxing. Select Zero Gravity to elevate your head and feet into a pressure-relieving position designed to closely simulate weightlessness and help reduce pressure on your back.

What Features are Controlled with the Wireless Remote?

Available with Ease® Power Base, TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Base, TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base, and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base.

The wireless remote makes it easy to adjust your base. Use the remote to raise or lower the head and foot sections, select preset positions like Zero Gravity, return the base to a flat position, and control additional features such as massage, lumbar support, QuietMode™, or underbed lighting when available.

Which Preset Base Positions are Included?

Available with Ease® Power Base, TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Base, TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base, and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base; specific preset options may vary by model.

Preset positions let you move the base into commonly used comfort settings with one button. Use options like Zero Gravity or TV position, where available, to quickly adjust the base for sleeping, relaxing, or watching TV. Press One-Touch Flat to return the head and foot sections to a flat position.

Adjustable and Removable Legs

USB Ports

Available with TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Base, TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base, and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base.

USB and USB-C ports let you charge compatible devices from the side of the base. Plug your charging cable into the port, then connect your device as usual.

Underbed Lighting

Available with TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Base, TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base, and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base.

1-Zone Massage

1-Zone Massage provides a soothing massage for the lower back area. Use the massage controls on the remote to turn the feature on or off and choose your preferred intensity level. The TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Base includes 1-Zone Massage, while TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base upgrade the massage experience with 2-Zone Massage.

2-Zone Massage

2-Zone Massage includes massage zones at the head and foot of the mattress for a more full-body relaxation experience. Use the remote or connected app, where available, to turn massage on, select the zone, and adjust the intensity. The TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base include 2-Zone Massage, with the TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base upgrading your experience using WaveForm™ technology.

WaveForm™ Massage

Wave Form™ Massage uses sound waves to transmit vibrations from the base through the mattress for a calming relaxation experience. Use the remote or compatible app controls to start Wave Form™ Massage and select the setting that feels best for winding down. WaveForm™ Massage is only available with the TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base.

Snore Response™

Available with TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Base and TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Base.

Snore Response™ can detect snoring and automatically raise the head of the base approximately 12 degrees, which may help reduce snoring in otherwise healthy individuals who snore due to body positioning. Once the base is set up and connected through Sleeptracker-AI®, the feature works automatically, so there is nothing to wear, start, or stop each night.
